GA May 19, 1907. Robert died February 2, 1988 in Cedartown, Polk Co., GA. Bob was buried at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Morgan Valley Rd, Polk Co., GA

He married Grace Marie Chupp. Grace was born March 9, 1915. Grace was the daughter of Benjamin L. Chupp and Maggie Martin. Grace died January 7, 2004 in Rockmart, Polk Co., GA. OBIT: Mrs. Grace Weaver, 88, 122 Runyon Loop Road, Cedartown, died Jan. 7, 2004. She was born March 9, 1915, in Haralson County, daughter of the late Benjamin L. Chupp and Maggie Martin Chupp. She was a homemaker and member of the Antioch Baptist Church. Mrs. Weaver was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Albert Weaver; three brothers, Jewell Chupp, Roy Chupp and Martin Chupp; three sisters, Lucille Blackmon, Vastie Lewis and Willie Mae Chapman; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Weaver is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Margie Weaver, Cedartown; four daughters, Earline Forsyth Akins, Rockmart; Elizabeth Moss, Cedartown; Mary Williams and son-in-law Charles, Rockmart; Robbie Jenkins and son-in-law Tommy, Cedartown; brother, Melvin Colie Chupp, Lindale; sister, Mary Scroggs, Rockmart; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9 at the Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Garrett, Rev. Billy Frazier and Rev. Jeff Dabbs officiating. Interment was in the family lot of the Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ricky Weaver, Jeff Long, Mike Atkins, Jeff Atkins, Keith Campbell, Byron Wright, Tony Jenkins and Ricky Presley. Grandchildren of Mrs. Weaver will serve as honorary pallbearers. Freeman Harris was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
