Carol died March 21, 2009 in West Valley City, Salt Lake Co., UT. OBIT: Our beloved mother, Carol Lea Davis Yeaman Alcala, age 76, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2009 in West Valley City, Utah.
She was born March 31, 1933 in Peru, Nebraska to Carl and Ada Rakestraw Davis.
Carol loved fishing, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her son: Lonnie (Gail) Yeaman, daughters: Susan Sundwall, Debrah (Craig) Gill, Jeannette (Lewis) Chavez, Jeannie Andrews (Walt), brothers: Gary Davis, Dallas Davis, sisters, Myrna Petersen, Corrine Pacheco, 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant children: Raynette and Randall, brothers Sam Conors, Emmett Davis, Alva Davis and three grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday March 25, 2009 from 12:00 1:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow the services at Valley View Memorial Park.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Harmony Home Health, and full time nurse and daughter Susie for their loving care of our mother.

She married Ronald Lee Yeaman. Ronald was born July 2, 1930 in Twin Falls, Twin Falls Co., ID. Ronald was the son of Charles Luhe Yeaman and Ann Elizabeth Mankins. Ronald died December 14, 2004 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., UT. OBIT: Ronald L. Yeaman, our beloved father, passed away Dec. 14, 2007. He was born July 3, 1930 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Charles Luther and Ann Elizabeth Mankins Yeaman. He was an accomplished musician who played the violin, piano and guitar. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He was a successful sales representative for Bucyrus Blades.
Ronald is survived by his son Lonnie (Gail) Yeaman, daughters Susan Sunwall, Debrah (Craig) Gill, Jeannette (Lewis) Chavez, Jeannie Andrews, 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Carol Lee Davis and Ronald Lee Yeaman had the following children:
