Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Otha Lee Hayes Sr. and Gertie Dickerson Hayes, and was the widow of Allie Nathaniel Stegall Sr. Mrs. Stegall was a homemaker.
She married Allie Nathaniel Stegall. Allie was born March 29, 1918 in Warren Co., NC. Allie was the son of John Hugh Stegall and Cora Jane (___). Allie died Apri 22, 1991 in Franklin Co., NC.
