Teresa died November 11, 2007 in Durham, Durham Co., NC. OBIT: Teresa Catherine Stokes Mangum, 62, of 619 Eaves Road, Henderson, in the Epsom Community, died Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at Duke University Hospital in Durham. Mrs. Mangum was an employee of Mackay Communications Inc. of Raleigh. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 1, 2007, at 1 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Jeannette P. Richardson and Melissa P. Wilson; a sister, Linda S. Cooke; and a brother, Douglas Eugene Stokes.
The family will receive friends at the home, 619 Eaves Road, Henderson.
She married Milton Allen Mangum. Milton was born May 21, 1952 in Granville Co, NC. Milton was the son of John Bint Mangum and Bethel Irene (____). Milton died August 5, 2005 in Henderson, Vance Co., NC. OBIT: Milton Allen Mangum, 53, of 619 Eaves Road, in the Epsom Community, died Friday, August 5, 2005, at his home. Mr. Mangum was a former employee of Burlington Industries Inc. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Flowers Funeral Chapel. Surviving, in addition to his mother, Irene Mangum White, are his wife, Terry Stokes Mangum; a daughter, Christal Gail Mangum; a son, John Allen Mangum; and a sister, Pat White Hodge. The family will receive friends Sunday at Flowers Funeral Chapel immediately following the service.
