39. James M.⁴ Felts (Nancy³ Wood, Brewer², James¹) was born in Logan Co, KY February 27, 1845. James died April 16, 1920 in Rushville, Rush Co, IL. His body was interred at East Hill Cemetery in Rushville, Rush Co, IL.

He married Alma America Brann January 19, 1882 in Rush Co, IL. Alma was born 1855 in Rush Co, IL. Alma was the daughter of William T. Brann and Hannah Heaton. Her body was interred at East Hill Cemetery in Rushville, Rush Co, IL. Enlisted as a Private on 05 August 1862 Enlisted in Company K, 8th Cavalry Regiment Kentucky on 06 September 1862 Discharged on 15 February 1863 in Russellville, KY .
