William died November 1954 in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, LA.

He married Elizaabeth Irene Hasings abt 1915 in Oil City, Caddo Parrish., LA. Elizaabeth was born November 7,1896 in TX. Elizaabeth was the daughter of James Cockrum Hastings and Eliza Emmaline Miles.

William Noel Magee and Elizaabeth Irene Hasings had the following children:

 20353 i. Billie Irene11 Magee was born in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, LA January 25, 1917. Billie died February 9, 2005 in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, LA. OBIT: Services will be conducted at Centuries Funeral Home Chapel for Billie M. Rasnick, age 88, of Shreveport, LA on Saturday, February 12, 2005 at 10 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Randy Riley of Trinity Heights Baptist Church, where Mrs. Rasnick was a member. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Mrs. Rasnick passed away on February 9, 2005 in Shreveport after a brief illness. She was born in Shreveport and lived here for most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Lance David Rasnick; her parents, Willie and Elizabeth Magee; two brothers, Harold and Sterling Magee; and a sister-in-law, Imogene Magee.

She is survived by one brother, James "Dickie" Magee and wife, Sue of Oregon; one close niece, Pauline Ward and husband Larry of Baker, LA; two nephews, Stacey Magee of Bossier City, LA and Mark Magee of Shreveport, LA; one sister-in-law, Daliah Magee of Bossier City, LA; special cousin, Pud McCallough and husband Owen of Sulpher, LA and a host of other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She married Lance David Rasnick 1940.

Lance was born February 10, 1916. Lance was the son of Arthur Rasnick. Lance died January 5, 2005 in Bossier City, Bossier Parish, LA. OBIT: Services for Mr. Lance David Rasnick, 88 of Shreveport will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2005 in Centuries Memorial Funeral Home chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Randy Riley of Trinity Heights Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2005 at the funeral home.

Mr. Rasnick passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 in Bossier City, LA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy Seabees unit and served in WW II. Lance retired as a supervisor from Atlas Refinery. He was a member of Trinity Heights Baptist Church.

Mr. Rasnick was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rasnick and one sister: Lucille Gibson Simmons.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years Billie M. Rasnick of Shreveport; sister-in-law, Daliah Magee of Bossier City; brother-in-law, James "Dickie" Magee and wife Sue of Oregon; close niece, Pauline Ward and husband Larry of Baker, LA; close nephews: Stacey Magee of Bossier City and Mark Magee of Shreveport, LA; special cousin, Pud McCallough and husband Owen of Sulpher, LA and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
