He married twice. He married Ola Beth Gaze. Ola died March 5, 1912 in Loganville, Walton Co., GA. OBIT: Mrs. Ola Beth Allgood, age 81 of Loganville, passed away peacefully at DeKalb LTAC with her family at her side, Monday, March 5, 2012. A member of First Baptist Church of Loganville, Mrs. Allgood was a retired ward clerk with Button Gwinnett Hospital. She was preceded in death by sisters, Mildred Hudson, Lilly Ray, Ailene Reynolds, and Josephine Gibbs and 3 Grandchildren, Dale Chadwick, Adam Allgood and Bradley Allgood. Mrs. Allgood is survived by Husband: Joe Max Allgood, Loganville; Sons & Daughters-in-law: Keith & Donna Allgood, Lawrenceville; Bruce & Wanda Allgood, Loganville; Brother & Sister-in-law: Richard & Christine Glaze, Leesburg, GA; Grandchildren: Jason Allgood, Kennesaw; Stephanie Allgood, Ellijay; Great Grandchild: Wesley Chadwick, Ellijay; Several Nieces & Nephews and her beloved dog, Gracie. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 8, 2012 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Jimmy Wilson and Rev. Ronnie Kendall will officiate. Burial Corinth Memorial Gardens, Loganville.
