Allgood, 90, of Des Moines, formerly of Oskaloosa, died Dec. 29, 1999 at the Integrated Health Services in Des Moines.
He was born June 17, 1909 to Oscar and Georgia Douglas Allgood.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Jan 3 at Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa, the Rev. Anthony Melakian of the Park Church of Christ officiating.
Visitation will begin after 12 noon Sunday at Bates Funeral Chapel with family present from 2 to 3 to greet friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association
He married twice. He married Helen Wanda Bradley October 25, 1932. Helen was born 1913. Helen was the daughter of Tom Bradley and Lilllie (__). He married Ella M Roberts October 7,1939 in schuyler Co., MO. Ella was born 1918.
