Cecil died December 31, 2000 in Wapello, Louisa Co., IA. Obit: Cecil May Kibler, 91, of Wapello, died Sunday Dec. 31, 2000, at the Wapello Nursing and Care Center. The body has been cremated and memorial services will be at a later date. Mrs. Kibler was born Dec. 22, 1909, at Rose Hill, the daughter of Charles Edward and Chloe Margaret Allgood Sanders. She married Marion Frederick Kibler on Dec. 22, 1926. He died June 20, 1990. She was a homemaker and a member of the Wapello Congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses. Survivors include three daughters, Margaret Utterbackof Wapello, Betty Gilchrist of Mountain View, Wash., Alice Magnussen of Pleasant Hill; three sons, Charles Kibler of Citrus Heights, Calif., Samuel Kibler of Marion, Stephen Kibler of Loveland, Colo.; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Nell Swanson of Rockford, Ill.; Mary Kiefer of Des Moines; She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers.
A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Wapello.

A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Wapello. The Rev. Ron Ehrman will officiate.The Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello has provided the care and arrangements.
Survivors include three daughters, Margaret Utterback of Wapello, Betty Gilchrist of Mt. View, Wash., and Alice Magnussen of Pleasant Hill; three sons, Charles Kibler of Citrus Heights, Calif., Samuel Kibler of Marion, and Stephen Kibler of Loveland, Colo.; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Nall Swenson of Rockford, Ill. and Mary Kiefer of Des Moines. a
She married Marion Frederick Kibler December 22, 1926 in Mahaska Co., IA. Marion was born September 21,1907. Marion died June 20, 1990 in Apache Junction, Pinal Co., AZ.
