He married Virginia McKinstray. Virginia was born May 18, 1917 in Fishers, IN. Virginia died November 17, 2002 in Port Charlotte, Charlotte Co., FL. OBIT: Virginia "Ginny" McKinstray Blacketter, 85, Port Charlotte, died Nov. 17, 2002.
She was born May 18, 1917, in Fishers, Ind., and had lived in the Indianapolis area until moving to Port Charlotte in 1980. While in Indianapolis, she was a homemaker, active with the United Methodist Women, and a member of the Keystone Chapter 240 of the Order of the Eastern Star. While living in Florida, she was a member of the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church.
Survivors include daughter Nancy Moorman of Punta Gorda; and grandson Randy Moorman of Rockville, Md .; and two sisters-in-law.
Marion Willard Blacketter and Virginia McKinstray had the following child:
