She married Robert Norman Swartz August 9, 1943. Robert was born January 14,1916 in Parkston, SD. Robert was the son of Lemuel Norman Swartz and Ida Marilla Pierce. Robert died July 5, 2006 in Willits, Mendocino Co., CA.

Genevieve Stanton and Robert Norman Swartz had the following children:
