He married twice. He married Hattie L. Maxey April 4, 1917 in IN. Hattie was born April 19, 1895 in Fulton, AR. Hattie was the daughter of Coleman Maxey and Cecelia Dinder. Hattie died December 27,1925 in Memphis, Shelbly Co., TN. He married Hattie B Dunn November 21,1926 in Fulton, AR.
