Paul died December 16, 2007 in Holcomb, MO. OBIT: Paul Kennedy, 53, of Holcomb, Mo., died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007, at Holcomb. Born April 9, 1954, in Kennett, son of the late Cecil and Irene Allgood Kennedy, he was a deacon at Calvary General Baptist Church in Kennett.
On Nov. 1, 1975, he married Rita Hooten, who survives.
Survivors also include one son , Chris Kennedy and wife, Tammy, of Holcomb; five sisters, Ellen, Brenda, Jane, Kathy and Connie and one grandchild, Leandra Kennedy, of Holcomb.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Cecil "Bud", Don and Leon Kennedy and one sister, Virginia.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, Dec. 18, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Emery and Richard Blagg officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
Pallbearer are Jim Collins, Henry Gee, Don Odom, Aaron White, Richard Ross and Michael Street.
Honorary pallbearers are Eric Peridore and Dennis Hamlett.
Paul Kennedy and Rita Hooten had the following child:
