She married Warren Edgar Quarles. Warren was born November 14, 1926 in Marietta, Cobb Co., GA. Warren was the son of Enoch Belk Quarles and Minnie Estelle Barron. Warren died June 13, 2009 in Rockmart, Polk Co., GA. OBIT: Warren E. Quarles, Sr., 82 of Rockmart formerly of Marietta died Saturday, June 13, 2009. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Marietta National Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites. Mr. Quarles was born and raised in Cobb County and has lived in Cedartown and Rockmart. He was a graduate of Marietta High School and attended Georgia Tech. He served in the U.S. Army stationed at Ft. McPherson and in Florida. Mr. Quarles owned and operated the Base Service Station in Marietta for many years. In 1965 he started Quarles Construction Company until he retired. Mr. Quarles was a member of Samuel S. Lawrence Masonic Lodge #721 F&AM. He is survived for his wife, Ann Cox Quarles of Rockmart; two daughters, June Littlepage of Acworth; Lynn Taylor of Rockmart; two sons, Warren E. Quarles, Jr. of Marietta; Steven C. Quarles of Atlanta; five grandchildren, Justin Ottinger, Bo Bryant, Brett Bryant, Stephanie Quarles, Amber Quarles; four great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Warren was preceded in death by his two sons, Stanley Alan Quarles, David Anthony Quarles
