Frances died December 11, 2007 in Jersey, Walton Co., GA. OBIT: Frances Young Allgood, age 93 of Jersey, died on Dec.11, 2007. She was born in Columbia County, Georgia on May 17, 1914 to the late Alma Gibbs Young and the late Lewis Hobbs Young. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late William Harvey Allgood.
