He married Ida (Madolia) Madoline Hughes June 26, 1910 in Vance Co., NC. Ida was born September 25,1895 in NC. Ida was the daughter of George Carroll Hughes and Selena G Abbott. Ida died May 9, 1979 in Henderson, Vance Co., NC.

Omega Edward Ayscue and Ida (Madolia) Madoline Hughes had the following children:

 5915 i. Reginald Carroll⁹ Ayscue was born September 29, 1911.

 5916 ii. Lena Mae Ayscue was born May 4,1917.

 5917 iii. child Ayscue (living status unknown).
