Katherine died December 28, 2003 in Wilson, Wilson Co., NC. OBIT: Katherine Hamm Mabry, age 75, a resident of 1200 Courtland Dr., died Sunday, December 28, 2003, at her home. A native of Vance Co., she was the daughter of the late Claudie Henry Hamm Sr. and Annie Breedlove Hamm and was the widow of Cheatham Daniel Mabry Jr. Mrs. Mabry was retired from BB&T in Wilson, where she worked for 38 years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wilson, the Wilson Rotary Club, the Wilson Bridge Club and the Wilson Country Club.. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Sunset Gardens by Dr. Doug Murray and the Rev. Bill Bussey.. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Mabry Bailey, and husband Larry, of Rutherfordton, N.C., and Faye Mabry Denny of Wilson; four grandchildren, Larry Douglas Bailey Jr. and wife Jennifer, their children, Shannon, Connor, Nathan and Katherine Danielle Mabry Bailey, and fianc? A.J. Scheuer, and Sarah Rayonelle Denny and John Trevor Denny. She was preceded in death by one brother, C.H. Hamm Jr. .

She married Cheatham Daniel Mabry JR. Cheatham was born April 17, 1926 in Henderson, Vance Co., NC. Cheatham was the son of Cheatham Daniel Mabry and Sarah Ann Felts. Cheatham died February 26, 2002 in Wilson, Wilson Co., NC.
