Mary died June 5, 2004 in Greensboro, Guilford Co., NC. OBIT: Mary Forrester Brooks, 90, of Beverly Health Care Starmount, died Friday, June 5, 2004, at Wesley Long Community Hospital.A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Tucker, Ga., at First Christian Church of Atlanta.
Mary was born in Walton County, Ga., and spent most of her lifetime in Tucker, Ga.
Mary is survived by daughters, Mary Owens and husband Wayne of Lilburn, Ga., and Ann Kellogg and husband Gordon of Greensboro; brother Winston Forrester of Oxford, Ga.; sister Katherine Livsey of Loganville, Ga.; five grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Mary Emmaline Forrester and Sam Brooks had the following children:
