Mrs. Butler was a homemaker and a member of University Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, LeRoy and Donna Butler, her grandson, Chad T. Butler and four great grandchildren, Daniel, Allie, Samantha and Melissa Butler. Her husband Eddie Butler and several brothers and sisters preceded her in death. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 7 at G.H. Herrmann Madison Ave. Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, followed by a graveside service at 3pm at Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, Kentucky.
