Charles died January 17, 2012. OBIT: Charles David Reese, age 67, of Fredericksburg, died Jan. 17, 2012 at his residence.
He was a sales consultant for VAMAC and a United States Air Force Veteran.
Mr. Reese is survived by his wife, Mary Ogburn Gee Reese of Fredericksburg; his daughter, Mary Charlene Reese Snellings and her husband Kenneth also of Fredericksburg; his son, Charles David Reese, Jr. and his wife Amy of King George County; his mother, Bernice Pennell Reese of La Crosse and six grandchildren.
Mr. Reese was also predeceased by his sister, Lola Jean Reese.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 21, at 2 p.m. in La Crosse Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mary Washington Hospice at 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 or the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at 1500 Rosecrans Ave. Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Jan 29, at 3 p.m. in the Hillcrest United Methodist Church at 2208 Lafayette Boulevard, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
