He married twice. He married Irene Elizabeth Calliham. Irene was born December 11, 1917. Irene was the daughter of Napolian Bonapart Calliham and Etta Webb. Irene died September 24, 1980 in Houston, Harris Co, TX. He married Genmevie Anderson February 19. 1983 in Bexar Co., TX. Genmevie was born March 9,1925.

Floyd E. Sewell and Irene Elizabeth Calliham had the following child:
