He married Maude Huckins September 13,1900 in Paola, Miama Co., KS. Maude was born August 18,1882 in Vernon, MO. Maude died Aril1,1, 1970 in Los Angeles Co. CA.

Thomas Adkin Phillips and Maude Huckins had the following child:

 5130 i. Erma Margaret⁹ Phillips was born in Kansas City, Wyandotte Co., KS March 11, 1904. Erma died January 21, 1913 in Kansas City, Clay Co., MO.
