Stephenson, 81, of Scottsboro died Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at Jackson County Hospital, Scottsboro. Services were Saturday, July 24, at 2 p.m. at Cumberland Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Roy Hall officiating. Surviving are two brothers, Tom Wilkinson of Scottsboro and Ernest Wilkinson of Lineville; a sister, Catherine Ozley of Tucson, Az.; and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Stephenson was a member of First United Methodist Church of Roanoke. She retired from Jefferson County Health Department in Birmingham after 30 years as a registered nurse."
