He married twice. He married Dorinda K. Sprinkle. Dorinda was born July 13, 1846. Dorinda died July 21, 1941 in Morganton, Burke Co., NC. He married Cathern (Katie ) Ann Moore 1872. Cathern was born April 18, 1847 in Sebree, Meade Co. KY. Cathern was the daughter of John G. Moore and Mary E. Banks. Cathern died July 10, 1926 in Owensboro, Daviess Co., KY. In 1900 Wiliam, his wife and two neices were living in Salem, UT.
William Allgood and Cathern (Katie ) Ann Moore had the following children:
3992 i. Mary B.9 Allgood was born in Sebree, Meade Co. KY 1905.
