Julia died May 25, 1938 in Catawba Co., NC. Obit: Maiden, May 25--Funeral services for Mrs Julia Catherine Bolick, age sixty-four, who died at her home two miles north of Maiden early this morningh, will be held Thursday morning at eleven o'clock at the Evangelical And Reformed church with the pastor, Rev. John A. Koons, in charge of the services assisted by Rev. J. G. Winkler, pastor of the First Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the May's Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Bolick is survived by five daughters, Miss Mary Bolick, Mrs. Macon Hudson, Mrs. Ralph Sigmon, Mrs Blanche Parker, and Mrs Richard Wilson, and two sons, Coyte Bolick and Virgil Bolick, Newton. sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Henry Allgood of Winston-Salem, and three sisters, Mrs. A. I. Rudisill, Mrs. G. W. Murray and Mrs. Lola Allgood.
She married William Lawrence Bolick October 20, 1892 in Catawba Co., NC. William was born April 30, 1868 in Catawba Co., NC. William was the son of Henry Jeconais Bolick and Rhoda Eme(a)line Bowman. William died February 17, 1945 in Little Rock, Pulaski Co, AR. William deserted his North Carollina family and relocated to Little Rock, AR. There he fathered 7 children, and there was no record of a divorce.

4633 vii. Fuschia (Fusch) Ida Bolick was born August 5, 1907.
