She married John Felix Nidiffer July 14, 1946 in Miami, Ottawa Co, OK. John was born January 9, 1923 in Miami, Ottawa Co, OK. John was the son of John R. Nidiffer and Ethel Corinna Courtney. John died February 22, 2005 in Muskogee, Muskogee Co., OK. OBIT: John Felix Nidiffer of Muskogee died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005. He was 82. Nidiffer was born Jan. 9, 1923, in Miami to John R. and Ethel Nidiffer.He was a World War II veteran of the Army. He retired from the Miami Fire Department as an assistant fire chief after 20 years of service. He then worked as an inspector for the Oklahoma Fire Marshall's office for 23 years. He married Dorene Allgood. She survives, of the home. Additional survivors include one son and his wife, Cody and Rita Nidiffer of Muskogee; two daughters and their husbands, Nancy and Dale Craig of Muskogee and Julie and Bo Atkinson of Tulsa; one brother and his wife, Edd and Pat Nidiffer; seven grandchildren and spouses, Angie and Tim Wheeler, Amy and John Tull, Amber Shelor, Shannon and Kevin Adams, Jennifer and Chris Beshears, John Paul Atkinson and Nicholas Atkinson, and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Services will be noon Friday at Fort Gibson Bradley Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Diana Cox-Crawford officiating. Burial will be in Fort Gibson National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kevin Adams, John Paul Atkinson, Chris Beshears, Bob Kessler, John Tull and Tim Wheeler.
