Leila died November 13, 1985 in Bremerton, Kitsap Co., WA. OBIT: A lifelong Bremerton Resident, she was born here Feb. 17, 1928. She married John "Bud" Hawk June 18, 1948, in Bremerton. A medical records clerk at Harrison Memorial Hospital, Mrs. Hawk earlier taught dancing for many years.
She was a member of Delta Chi Sigma Sorority, Bremerton Eagles Auxillary, and Starduster Dance Club. She enjoyed both dancing and music. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Marilyn Hawk of Seattle; a son, Mark of Seattle; two half-brothers, Robert Crandall of Seattle and Kenneth Lynn of Chicago; two half-sisters, Patricia Marshall of Bainbridge Island and Marilyn Roberts of Bremerton; and a step-sister, Maxine Lawrence of Bremerton.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Miller-Woodlawn Memorial Park
She married John Druse (Bud) Hawk June 18,1948 in Bremerton, Kitsap Co., WA. John was born May 30, 1924 in San Francisco, San Francisco Co., CA. John died November 3, 2013 in Brementon, Kitsap Co., WA.
Leila Natalene (Nat) Crandall and John Druse (Bud) Hawk had the following children:
