He married Quida Pauline Crawford. Quida was born September 14, 1920 in Choctaw Co. MS. Quida was the daughter of Malon G Crawford and Lora E Guest. Quida died January 30 1999 in Hodge, Jackson Parish, LA.

William Anderson (Willie) Steelman and Quida Pauline Crawford had the following children:
