John died April 23, 2008 in Bethel Park, Allegheny Co., PA. OBIT: John T. Dillman, 80, Bethel Park, formerly of Henderson, died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, after an extended illness.
He served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Halliburton Services in 1985 as vice president of industrial services. He was a member of South Hills Church of the Nazarene.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred Faith Dillman, in 1957; a son, Jerry Dillman, in 1982; his parents, Claude and Ora Dillman.
Survivors include his wife, Callie Clement Dillman; daughters, Gealean Irwin of Peters, Pa., Emily Dillman of Lorton, Va., and Haley Dillman of Bethal Park; sons, Dr. Stephen Dillman of Butler, Pa., Dr. John Craig Dillman of Belleville, Ill., and Thomas Alan Dillman of Fairfax Station, Va.; a sister, Carolyn Dillman of Flora, Ill.; brothers, Durlen Dillman of Kingsford Heights, Ill., and William Dillman of Carmi, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday at South Hills Church of the Nazarene in Bethel Park.
He married twice. He married Mildred Ann Faith August 31, 1952 in Paducah, McCracken Co, KY. Mildred was born October 4, 1931 in Jacksonville, Duval Co, FL. Mildred was the daughter of David Dana Faith and Ada Fellows. Mildred died July 15, 1958 in Sturgis, KY.
