Visitation is today from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Morris, 71, died April 1, 2006 at Haven Hall. She was born on May 3, 1934, to Elbert Forest Case and Mattie Ruth Boyd Case. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Brookway Church of Christ. She also attended Copiah Lincoln Community College and Hinds Community College. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Fred Barry Morris; her son, Fred "Barry" Morris, Jr.; and her brothers, Forrest Case, Jr. and Davis Case. Survivors are her daughters, Melinda Morris, Jan Garon and her husband, Mickey, and Susan Calhoun and her husband, Carey, all of Brookhaven; and her grandchildren, Maegen Calhoun, Summer Calhoun, and April Garon. _
She married Fred Barry Morris JR March 30, 1956 in Copiah Co., MS. Fred was born July 10, 1931 in Chattawa, MS. Fred was the son of Fred Barry Morris and Athelea Claire Wilson. Fred died November 26, 2004 in Bogue Chitto, Lincoln, MS. OBIT: Graveside services with burial for Fred B. Morris of Bogue Chitto are 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004, at Easthaven Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 1-2:30 p.m., at Community Funeral Services. Mr. Morris, 73, died Nov. 26, 2004. He was born in Chattawa on July 10, 1931, to Fred Morris and Athela Wilson Morris. He was retired from an oil field. He was an Army veteran with service in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Baptist faith. Mr. Morris graduated from high school and attended Mississippi State University for four years. Preceding him in death were his parents; and a sister, Maxie Smith. Survivors are his wife, Ruthlyn Morris of Bogue Chitto; his son, Barry Morris of Lafayette, La.; his daughters, Melinda Morris of Bogue Chitto, Jan Garon, and Susan Calhoun, both of Brookhaven; his grandchildren, Maegen Calhoun, Summer Calhoun, and April Garon.

OBIT: Services for Fred "Barry" Morris Jr., of Lafayette, La., are 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel with burial in Easthaven Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Morris, 47, died Jan. 24, 2006, in Texas. He was born on Aug. 20, 1958, to Fred Barry Morris and Ruthlyn Case.
He was a mud logger. He graduated from Brookhaven High School in 1976 and attended Copiah-Lincoln Junior College and the University of Southern Mississippi. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was an avid golfer.
Preceding him in death was father.
Survivors are his mother; his sisters, Melinda Morris, Jan Garon and her husband, Mickey, and Susan Calhoun and her husband, Casey, all of Brookhaven; his nieces, April Garon, Maegen Calhoun and Summer Calhoun, all of Brookhaven.
