Lexie died May 6, 2010 in Brookhaven, Lincoln Co, MS. OBIT: Services for Lexie Walker, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 8, at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez drive, with burial in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Walker died May 6, 2010, at Brook Manor Nursing Home.

She married Emmitt Roy Walker May 5, 1934. Emmitt was born February 10, 1916. Emmitt was the son of Wiliam Jefferson Walker and Malona Adaline Smith. Emmitt died November 7, 1981 in Brookhaven, Lincoln Co., MS. Roy was buried in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Lincoln Co., MS.

Emmitt Roy Walker and Lexie Mae Allgood had the following children:
