Sarah died June 29, 2011 in Brookhaven, Lincoln Co, MS. OBIT: Funeral services for Sarah Smith, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 2, at Riverwood Family Funeral Services Chapel in Brookhaven with burial in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Brookhaven. Riverwood is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Smith, 82, died June 29, 2011, at her residence. She was born on January 30, 1929.
She was a cosmetologist and owner of Jackson Street beauty salon. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Timmie and Coney Smith; her husband, L.T. Smith; her brothers, Grafton Smith, A.J. Smith and Billy Smith; her sisters, Lorraine Furlow and Geraldine McGraw.
Survivors are her son, Scott Smith and wife, Marcia; her daughters, Lisa Entrican Stewart and husband, Jimmy "Bo", Pat Entrican Leary and husband, Bob, and Jenny Wilson and husband, Paul; her brother, Jimmy M. Smith and wife, Betty; her sister, Flora Massey and husband, Ippy, of Sour Lake, Tex.; her sister-in-law, Linda Smith, of Seattle, Wash.; her grandchildren, Dudley Leary, Darrell Leary, Kim Leary Rogers, Sarah Alexandra Grant, Adam Christian Stewart, Lacey Stewart Holmes, Logan Stewart, Kate Smith, Leianne Wilson Haley, Colby Calcote, Callie Calcote Carter, Paul Wilson, Jr., Jennifer Jones, Susan Wilson; and eight great grandchildren.
She married twice. She married L. T. Smith. L. was born December 10, 1920. L. was the son of Jefferson W. Smith and Hettie L. Britt. L. died Janaury 31, 2000. L. T. was buried in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Lincoln Co., MS.
She married Albert Warren Entrican 1945. Albert was born May 7, 1929 in Lincoln Co., MS. Albert was the son of Albert Byron Entrican and Emma Estelle Falvey. Albert died August 9, 2006 in Brookhaven, Lincoln Co., MS. OBIT: Services for Albert Warren Entrican, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, at Brookhaven Funeral Home with burial in Easthaven Cemetery. Visitation is today from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Entrican, 77, died Aug. 9, 2006, at Haven Hall Health Care Center. He was born in Lincoln County on May 7, 1929, to Albert Byron Entrican and Estelle Falvey Entrican.
He was a retired oil field worker. He was a member of Easthaven Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Lillian Case Entrican; and his sister, Bonnie Storm.
Survivors are his daughters, Patricia Leary and husband Robert, of Bogue Chitto, and Lissa Stewart and husband Bo, of Brookhaven; his sisters, Merley May and husband Bill, of Brookhaven, and Elizabeth Doxie, of Picayune; his five grandchildren; his three great-grandchildren; and numerous stepchildren, stepgrandchildren and great-stepgrandchildren.
Albert Warren Entrican and Sarah Nell Smith had the following children:
