She married James Edward Parker. James was born November 15, 1931. James was the son of Webb Edgar Parker and Ethel James. James died August 17, 2001 in Wesson, Copiah Co, MS. OBIT: James Edward Parker, Sr., 69 of Wesson died Aug. 17, 2001 at his home. Services were held Aug. 18, from Harrigill Funeral Home in Brookhaven with interment in New Sight Baptist Church Cemetery Born Nov. 15, 1931 to the late Webb Edgar Parker and Ethel James Parker, he was a retired veteran of the US Air Force and a memeber of new Sight Church. Survivors include: wife, Vera Furlow Parker; sons, James Edward Parker, Jr. of Ocean Springs, William Earl Parker of Crystal Springs, and John Edwin Parker of Petal; sister, Mildred Sibley of Purvis; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.
