She was born on May 29, 1932 to George H. Morris and Rheushell Morris. She was retired from Stahl Urban as a Supervisor and was a member of Pearlhaven Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Smith; her parents, George and Rheushell Morris; sisters, Bobbie Rogers, Sheila Formby and Faye Brown; brothers, Walter H. Morris and Robert L Morris; granddaughter, Cala Malone and great grandson, Kollin Smith. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Betty Lofton and husband Ken and Brenda Covington; brothers, John O. Morris and Jack I Morris; sister Mary Nations; 4 grandchildren, Lisa Beeson and husband Bobby, Joey Avants and wife Becky, Missy Smith and husband Kyrk and Chastity Cooper.She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, Sawyer Wallace, Shelby Wallace, Karter Smith, Karlea Cooper, Kalin Cooper, Christopher Cooper, Michael Avants, Brandon Beeson and Afton Linton and 5 great great grandchildren.
