OIBT: Services for Mr. James “Chuck” Monroe Britt, Jr. will be held on August 23, 2016 at 10:00am at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with interment Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Monday Evening, August 22, 2016 from 5:00 – 9:00pm at Riverwood. James “Chuck” Monroe Britt, Jr., 59, of Brookhaven, passed away on August 20, 2016 at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born on November 28, 1956 to James “Jim” Monroe Britt, Sr. and Oris Lynelle Ferguson Britt. Mr. Britt was an avid horseman and a truck driver and member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Preceding him in death was his father, Jim Britt. Those left to cherish his memory is his sons, Brad Britt and wife Kristy, Jimmy D. Britt and Dewayne Smith; mother, Lynelle Britt; brother, Cody Britt and wife Renee, and sister RaVae Raney and husband Kelcy; along with four grandchildren, Reagan Britt, Austin Britt, Michala Britt and Scarlette Britt and a special friend, Mandy Hodges.
James Monroe (Chuck) Britt JR and Cathy Marie Lewis had the following children:
