Ronald died August 26, 1978 in Clay Co., IL. OBIT: Ronald M. Hockman, 37, of rural Xenia died at 9:11 a.m. Saturday in St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effington.

Funeral services were held today at 2 p.m. at the Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, with burial in Oskaloosa Cemetery.

Hockman was born in Clay County, son of Loren and Pearl Hockman. he was employed at Crossroads Press, Effingham. He was a member of VFW, Flora, American Legion of Louisville and the Oak Mound Church, Xenia.

Surviving are his wife, Judith Fulfer Hockman; son Scott E. at home; daughters, Rhonda and Lora K., at home; mother of Xenia; sisters, Lafern Krutsinger of Xenia, Judith Ann Anderson of Kinmundy, and Ruth Spicer of Flora; brother, Guy E. of Peoria.

Ronald Merle Hockman and Judith Fulfer had the following children:
