11152 iii. Virginia Rose Parish was born in East St Louis, St Clair Co., IL February 9, 1918. Virginia died November 23, 2009 in Belleville, St. Clair Co., IL. OBIT: Virginia Rose Parish, 91, of Belleville, Ill., born Saturday, Feb. 9, 1918, in East St Louis, Ill., died Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at Memorial Convalescent Center in Belleville, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy D. and Besse M., nee Stater, Parish; sisters, Sara E. Parish and Bernadine Hallemeyer.
Surviving are her sister, Betty Shinall; nephew, William R. (Edie) Walker Sr. of Swansea, Ill.; niece, Beth Ann (Cort) Durocher; great-nephew, William R. (Andrea) Walker Jr., of Jupiter, Fla.
