Leotta died March 8, 2005 in Albuquerque, Bernalillo Co., NM. OBIT: She was born on June 10, 1913, in Bellview, to Wallace and Ethel Hutchins.

Family members said she had many hobbies, including gardening, woodworking and quilting. One of her quilts hung in the State Capital in Santa Fe, for one year, family members said.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Fryar; a son, Oscar Fryar; a grandson, Bill Montgomery; her parents; four brothers; and a sister.

Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Benge (and husband, Roy) of Albuquerque and Annie Conine of Garland, Texas; five grandchildren, Keith Benge (Carolyn) and Leland Benge, both of Albuquerque, Cindy Garvin (Kenneth) of Hurst, Texas, Luther Conine (Dawn) of Garland, Texas, and Jim Wade (Kathryn) of Tucson, Ariz.; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Burial was at Grady Cemetery.

She married Oscar Fryar in Clovis, Curry Co., NM. Oscar was born November 13, 1912 in Bellview, Curry Co., NM. Oscar was the son of Thomas Francis Fryar and Sarah Adaline Shelton. Oscar died August 3, 2004 in Clovis, Curry Co., NM. OBIT: Mr. Oscar Fryar, 91, of Clovis, a rancher and farmer, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004, at Laurel Ridge Healthcare in Clovis.

He was born on Nov. 13, 1912, in Bellview, to Thomas Francis ?Tos? Fryar and Addie Shelton.

He married Ellen Marie Stouse on Dec. 29, 1979, in Amarillo. Family members said he enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a skillful artist in welding.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Fred Pulliam; a son, Oscar Fryar; a grandson, Bill Montgomery; two brothers, Marvin and Cecil Fryar; and a sister, Jewel Wright.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Annie Conine of Garland, Texas, and Joyce Wingerd (and husband, Ray) of Albuquerque; two stepsons, Jerry Wayne Stouse (Lou) of Paurm, Okla. and Jim Stouse (Diane) of Amarillo; two sisters, Viola Calhoun of Winslow, Ariz., and Jean Coleman of Clovis; four grandsons, Keith Benge (Carylon) and Leland Benge, all of Albuquerque, Bill Wade (Kaythrin) of Safuarita, Ariz. and Luther Jay Conine (Dawn) of Garland, Texas; a granddaughter, Cindy Garvin (Kenneth) of Hurst, Texas; six step-grandchildren, Jerry Dale Stouse of Norman, Okla., Tracy Revel (Bob) of Carte Madera, Calif., D?Nell Sherbet (Mark) of Dallas, Drue Stouse (Jayne) of Frisco, Texas, Stephanie Martin (Dr. Warren) of Dallas and Joe Stouse of Amarillo; seven great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and six step-great-grandchildren. The Rev. Doug Brooks will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.

Pallbearers are Luther Jay Conine, Jimmy Wade, Tommy Bean, Kenneth Garvin, Dewayne Fryar, Joe Stouse and Keith Benge.

Leotta Sarah Hutchins and Oscar Fryar had the following children:
