Robert died December 22, 2011 in Adamsville, Jefferson Co., AL. OBIT: DENNIS, JR., REV. ROBERT 88, of Adamsville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 22, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, and grandson: Chris Dennis. Rev. Dennis was a retired Baptist minister and served his country in World War II in the US Army. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ila Faye Dennis; 2 sons: Gary Dennis (Teresa) and Stephen Dennis (Barbara); grandchildren: Robert Dennis, Julie Price, and Stephanie Senciboy; and great grandchildren: Eden Price, Trinity Dennis, Haden Dennis, Tucker Arnold, Jackson Arnold and Cassidy Arnold. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 26 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Crestview Memorial Funeral Home with visitation from 11 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Gardens. >
