Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
She married John Rudsdale Ward August 19,1938. John was born December 25,1917 in Jacksonville, Morgan Co., IL. John was the son of Huston R Ward and Ada A Walker. John died December 13, 2005 in Peoria, Peoria. OBIT: John R. Ward, 87, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, at Proctor Hospital.
He was born Dec. 25, 1917, in Jacksonville, Ill., to Huston and Ada Walker Ward. He married Ersel McCann on Aug. 19, 1938, in Peoria. She preceded him in death.
Surviving are two sons, Jack (and Dottie) Ward and Tom (and Carol) Ward; and one sister, Helen Morrison.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
He worked for Caterpillar Inc.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
