Mildred died December 7, 2010 in Birmingham, Jefferson Co, AL. OBIT: Graveside services for Mrs. Mildred Kerr Snow, age 85, of Trussville, will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 8, 2010, from Wedowee City Cemetery with Rev. Gary Henderson officiating. Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 8th. Mrs. Snow died, Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Hearthstone Assisted Living. Mrs. Snow is survived by one daughter, Pat Jackson of Trussville; one son, Joseph Snow of Birmingham; two grandchildren; one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be family members. Mrs. Snow was born, April 4, 1925 the daughter of Joseph Henry and Mary Lavis Matthews Kerr. She was a member of Central Park Methodist and had been a clerical secretary for Alabama Pensions and Security. She married Richard Jackson Snow JR February 4, 1950 in Wedowee, Randolph Co., AL. Richard was born October 7, 1921 in Jasper, Walker Co., AL. Richard was the son of Richard Jackson Snow and Alma Sides. Richard died June 18, 1984 in Birmingham, Jefferson Co., AL. Richard is buried at Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham, AL
