Randall died December 27, 2006 in Centralia, Marion Co., IL. Obit: Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at the East Lawn Cemetery in Salem for Randall A. Owens, 48, of Centralia. The Reverend Ronald Bailey will officiate the services.
Owens died at 8:55 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Centralia. He was born in Salem on March 30, 1958, the son of Howard and Ruth (Mulvaney) Owens. He married Sandra Short.
He was a car detailer, of the Christian faith, and a member of the Sons of American Legion.
Survivors include: his wife Sandra Owens of Centralia; a son, Joshua Owens of Staunton; five step-sons, Kerry Henson of Iuka, Doug Krutsinger, Roy Short, Edward Short, and Travis Short, all of Centralia; two daughters, Heather Phillips of Tennessee and April Shults of Salem; 23 grandchildren; a brother, Dewayne Owens of Odin; and sisters, Erma Davis of Iuka, Vickie Logan of Paris, and Patty Creamer and Renee Owens, both of Salem.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Carolyn Hoffman and Brenda Molenhour.
Memorials may be made to the Family of Randall A. Owens. Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home in Salem is in charge of arrangements
