He married Sarah (Sally) Lizzie. Wright February 2, 1870. Sarah was born September 10, 1849 in Franklin Co., MS. Sarah was the daughter of David Wright and Arzelia E. Jones. Sarah died March 2, 1925. Sarah was buried in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetary, Lincoln Co., MS.
