Cammie died August 6, 1957. Cammie wass killed in a tractor accident. He and Mildred weee buried in New Salem Church of Christ Cemetery, Lincoln Co., MS.

He married Mildred Lucille Stuart. Mildred was born August 17, 1912. Mildred was the daughter of Homer Lee Stuart and Annie Talitha Edwards. Mildred died September 9, 1999 in Brookhaven, Lincoln Co., MS. Mildred was a Magee when she died.

Cammie Lee Smith and Mildred Lucille Stuart had the following children:
